Thank you for taking the time to watch this important video message. "Brokers and MLSs from across the country have asked NAR to consider policy that will reinforce the consumer benefits of cooperation. The MLS creates an efficient marketplace and reinforces the pro-competitive, pro-consumer benefits that REALTORS® have long sought to support. After months of discussion and consideration within NAR’s MLS Technology and Emerging Issues Advisory Board, the Clear Cooperation proposal has been brought forth for the industry to discuss and consider (NAR, 2019)."
Our goal is to bring this conversation to the forefront and gain better clarity in 2020 for buyers and sellers as well as the industry at large. We hope this message enhances the awareness and understanding of some of the issues that have been encountered and the proposed new Clear Cooperation policy.
Thank you for taking the opportunity to become more informed on this issue.
